In-person identity verification: Upon your arrival, we may verify your identity using a government-issued ID (driver’s license or equivalent) for safety purposes. We do not retain any copy of your identification document.

3. Technical Data Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, our servers automatically collect certain technical data, including:

We retain your personal information for a maximum period of 5 years following your last interaction with us.

This duration is justified by our safety and risk management obligations. Given the nature of our nautical activities (jet ski, boat), incidents may occur involving dangerous or inappropriate behaviour by a customer. To ensure the safety of our staff, other customers, and equipment, we maintain an internal log of documented incidents. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any future booking from a person who has been the subject of such an incident.

Upon expiry of the retention period, your information is securely destroyed, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may, however, share it with third-party service providers who help us operate our website and deliver our services, including:

• Stripe — secure payment processing
• Online booking tools — reservation management
• Email communication tools — sending confirmations and newsletters (if you have consented)

Some of our third-party service providers (including Stripe and Google Analytics) process data outside of Québec, including in the United States. Before any such transfer, we ensure that these providers offer an adequate level of protection in accordance with Law 25 requirements and enter into appropriate contractual agreements with them. By using our website, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in other jurisdictions whose privacy laws may differ from those of Québec.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction.
