No refund will be issued under any circumstances within this period.   Weather Conditions In the event of weather conditions deemed unsafe for operation (at the sole discretion of Pür Jetski), the reservation will be rescheduled. Pür Jetski reserves the right to provide notice of the need to reschedule at least one (1) hour before the scheduled rental time. The renter will have the option to reschedule at his preferred date. No refunds will be issued for weather-related rescheduling.   No-Shows Renters who fail to show up at the scheduled date and time without prior notice will forfeit all amounts previously paid. A no-show is defined as failure to arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled departure time without having contacted Pur Jetski in advance.  Non-Compliance with the Rules In the event of non-compliance with the rules — including but not limited to speeding, dangerous driving, negligence, or any behaviour deemed unsafe or inappropriate by Pur Jetski staff — the rental will be terminated immediately without prior warning. The renter will forfeit all amounts previously paid and will lose their security deposit in full. Pur Jetski reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion. Alcohol & Substances Operating a watercraft under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other impairing substance is strictly prohibited by law and will result in the immediate termination of the rental. The renter will forfeit all amounts previously paid and will lose their security deposit in full. Pur Jetski reserves the right to refuse rental to any individual who appears to be under the influence at the time of arrival. Pur Jetski assumes no liability for any incident resulting from a renter’s failure to comply with this policy. Late Arrivals The renter must arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time to complete the safety briefing and benefit from the full allocated rental period. Failure to arrive on time will result in a reduction of the rental period. The rental time will not be extended, and no refund or credit will be issued for time lost due to late arrival. Delay when Returning the Watercraft A fee of $3 per minute will be charged for any delay in returning the watercraft beyond the allotted rental time. This fee will be deducted from the security deposit and, if applicable, charged to the renter’s payment method on file.
