Retention We retain your personal information for a maximum period of 5 years following your last interaction with us. This duration is justified by our safety and risk management obligations. Given the nature of our nautical activities (jet ski, boat), incidents may occur involving dangerous or inappropriate behaviour by a customer. To ensure the safety of our staff, other customers, and equipment, we maintain an internal log of documented incidents. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any future booking from a person who has been the subject of such an incident. Upon expiry of the retention period, your information is securely destroyed, unless otherwise required by law. 6. Sharing with Third Parties We do not sell or rent your personal information.
