Aucun remboursement ne sera \u00e9mis, en aucune circonstance, durant cette p\u00e9riode.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><b>Weather Conditions<\/b><\/div>\n<div>En cas de conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques jug\u00e9es dangereuses pour l'exploitation (\u00e0 la seule discr\u00e9tion de P\u00fcr Jetski), la r\u00e9servation sera report\u00e9e. P\u00fcr Jetski se r\u00e9serve le droit d'aviser le client de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de reporter la r\u00e9servation au moins une (1) heure avant l'heure pr\u00e9vue de la location.<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Le locataire aura l'option de reporter la r\u00e9servation \u00e0 la date de son choix.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Aucun remboursement ne sera \u00e9mis pour un report li\u00e9 aux conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Absence sans pr\u00e9avis<\/b><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Les locataires qui ne se pr\u00e9sentent pas \u00e0 la date et \u00e0 l'heure pr\u00e9vues sans pr\u00e9avis perdront la totalit\u00e9 des sommes d\u00e9j\u00e0 vers\u00e9es. Une absence est d\u00e9finie comme le fait de ne pas se pr\u00e9senter dans les 30 minutes suivant l'heure de d\u00e9part pr\u00e9vue sans avoir pr\u00e9alablement contact\u00e9 P\u00fcr Jetski.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><b>Non-respect des r\u00e8gles<\/b><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>En cas de non-respect des r\u00e8gles \u2014 incluant, sans s'y limiter, les exc\u00e8s de vitesse, la conduite dangereuse, la n\u00e9gligence ou tout comportement jug\u00e9 dangereux ou inappropri\u00e9 par le personnel de Pur Jetski \u2014 la location sera termin\u00e9e imm\u00e9diatement et sans avertissement pr\u00e9alable. Le locataire perdra tous les montants pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment pay\u00e9s ainsi que son d\u00e9p\u00f4t de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en totalit\u00e9. Pur Jetski se r\u00e9serve le droit de refuser le service \u00e0 toute personne, \u00e0 sa seule discr\u00e9tion.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><b>Alcool et substances<\/b><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Il est strictement interdit par la loi d'op\u00e9rer une embarcation sous l'influence de l'alcool, de drogues ou de toute autre substance pouvant causer une d\u00e9ficience, et ce, sous peine de r\u00e9siliation imm\u00e9diate de la location. Le locataire perdra tous les montants pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment pay\u00e9s ainsi que son d\u00e9p\u00f4t de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en totalit\u00e9. Pur Jetski se r\u00e9serve le droit de refuser la location \u00e0 toute personne qui semble \u00eatre sous l'influence au moment de son arriv\u00e9e. Pur Jetski n'assume aucune responsabilit\u00e9 pour tout incident r\u00e9sultant du non-respect de cette politique par le locataire.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><b>Arriv\u00e9es tardives<\/b><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Le locataire doit se pr\u00e9senter au moins 30 minutes avant l'heure de d\u00e9part pr\u00e9vue afin de compl\u00e9ter la s\u00e9ance d'information sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la p\u00e9riode de location compl\u00e8te. Tout retard entra\u00eenera une r\u00e9duction de la p\u00e9riode de location. La dur\u00e9e de la location ne sera pas prolong\u00e9e, et aucun remboursement ni cr\u00e9dit ne sera accord\u00e9 pour le temps perdu en raison d'un retard.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><b>Retard lors du retour de l'embarcation<\/b><\/div>\n<div>Des frais de 3 $ par minute de retard seront factur\u00e9s pour tout d\u00e9passement de la p\u00e9riode de location allou\u00e9e lors du retour de l'embarcation. Alcohol &amp; Substances Operating a watercraft under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other impairing substance is strictly prohibited by law and will result in the immediate termination of the rental. The renter will forfeit all amounts previously paid and will lose their security deposit in full. Pur Jetski reserves the right to refuse rental to any individual who appears to be under the influence at the time of arrival. Pur Jetski assumes no liability for any incident resulting from a renter&#8217;s failure to comply with this policy. Late Arrivals The renter must arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time to complete the safety briefing and benefit from the full allocated rental period. Failure to arrive on time will result in a reduction of the rental period. The rental time will not be extended, and no refund or credit will be issued for time lost due to late arrival. Delay when Returning the Watercraft A fee of $3 per minute will be charged for any delay in returning the watercraft beyond the allotted rental time.
